As President and CEO, Steve is responsible for overall corporate management and strategy, or in his words "keeping OnFulfillment competitive in a constantly changing business environment."
When not hard at work at OnFulfillment HQ, Steve enjoys fly fishing and golf, as well as spending time with his family.

Dan Barnett, VP & COO, is responsible for all company Operations, including manufacturing, global print operations, IT, and customer service. Prior to joining OnFulfillment in 1999, Dan was Executive Vice President and Director at Praegitzer Industries, a publicly traded $600M electronics manufacturer.
Dan loves the outdoors, and is an avid fly fisherman. He has three children and two grandchildren - and counting!
Marvi Bajet joined OnFulfillment as IT Program Manager in 2009, and was promoted to Director of Operations in 2015. Marvi manages our IT programming team and is responsible for documenting customers’ business requirements, and then designing and developing custom software applications for OnFulfillment customers. In short, her role is to delight customers by giving them a software solution that exactly solves their business problems.
Marvi was born in the Philippines, is married and has one daughter. She enjoys attending Bible study classes and teaching Children Catholic Faith Formation classes. She is also a fitness and health aficionada.
Juan Rosales is Manufacturing Manager, responsible for managing our warehouse and manufacturing operations. Juan has over 20 years of material management and inventory control experience.
Juan has two children, and enjoys spending time with his family. He is also an active volunteer with Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley, a non-profit organization that performs free home accessibility and safety repairs for older adults and disabled homeowners in Santa Clara County.
